Jan Stanton
owns the firm and qualified as a Solicitor in 1977.
Jan specialises in family law with a particular interest in
cases concerning children and complex matrimonial finances including high net worth cases involving complicated pensions.
Jan also undertakes property work for our existing client base.
Jan sits as a Deputy District Judge in the Principal
Registry of the Family Division, London, is a past President of both Kent Law Society and Medway Law Society.
Jan
is the Solicitor representative for Kent Law Society on the Kent Family Justice Council and is a member of Resolution.
She has been a member of the Law Society Children Panel since 1985.
