If you are a separated parent and have difficulties with either living arrangements or contact arrangements for your children, we offer a service unique to this area by our new team, giving advice to clients at nearly 50% of our usual charging rates.  The new team will be charging £120.00 an hour including VAT (i.e. £102.13 plus VAT) for advice and related work about children arrangements.  Should you need representation at Court then we will discuss the costs of that and do our best to make that affordable for you.  

This service is provided by junior but highly experienced staff including our trainee and a legal executive but all work is undertaken under the supervision of a senior solicitor.

We are offering this service because of our great concern that backlogs and staffing problems at the Courts now mean that the Courts cannot offer resolution to such problems within any realistic timescale and therefore early negotiation is better for everyone. 

If you are interested in this service, we would normally offer you a fixed fee interview at the outset at a price of £120.00 to advise you about your circumstances and your options.  If you then decide to continue to instruct us, we will set up an arrangement with you by which you can pay our fees on a continuing basis by standing order or by payments in advance of our work, whatever suits us both.
