Chris qualified
as a solicitor in 1981 and joined Stantons in 2009. In addition to dealing with family matters, in particular divorce and
cohabitation disputes, Chris has considerable experience in general civil litigation and other forms of dispute resolution
in particular:
Commercial and contact disputes
Professional negligence claims including clinical negligence.
Property disputes between co-owners under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act, neighbour and boundary
disputes.
Disputed Wills and Estates, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants
Act) claims.
Consumer disputes.
Contruction disputes.
Health and Safety and Regulatory crime.
Criminal Injuries compensation claims.
Outside the office Chris is an instructor in karate with the Kimura
Shukokai Karate Club Kent and still represents England in International karate competitions. He also enjoys kickboxing, photgraphy,
walking and all other outdoor pursuits.
