Children
Often one of the saddest parts of a marriage
or relationship breakdown is sorting out arrangements between you for your children. You may need advice on whom they
should live with (residence), how often they should see the absent parent (contact) and help with specific issues such as
which school they should attend if you and your ex-spouse or ex-partner cannot agree (parental responsibility).
For practical advice on all these issues, contact; jan@stanlaw.co.uk
